Management and Staff

Hiring staff is something we take very seriously. Staff must be experienced in working with young children, meet educational requirements, have a love for children, and a passion for teaching. 

All the teachers at Tara Hill Montessori School  have Montessori training from either Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) or the American Montessori Society (AMS).

Our staff must have met the requirements as set forth by Community Care licensing, before they are hired. In addition they are required to continue their education or to keep current on advances in the Early Childhood field through workshops or seminars. They must also possess a knowledge of how children learn. Our staff all share the beliefs and teaching style consistent with our school's philosophy.
